If you plan to join Absolute Fitness Club at Penang or Autocity, and without concern on after sales service, it is a good fitness center overall. Let me write my personal review on Absolute Fitness that I join lately.

To create the strongest passwords possible, choosing a secure password that’s easy for you to memories but difficult for other people to guess can be trickier than you think. One solution is to use the PC Tools Secure Password Generator (http://www.pctools.com/guides/password/) to create random passwords for you. This free online tool lets you specify your preferred password length, whether to include numbers, letters and punctuation marks, and if you want to exclude similar-looking characters such as 1, lower-case L and capital I. You can generate up to 50 random passwords at once, and use the tool’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) option for extra protection.

If you’d prefer to use a Desktop program rather than a web-based service, download lObit’s free Random Password Generator (www.iobit.com/passwordgenerator.html). This lets you create and store up to 100 passwords and tells you the strength of each one. Just remember to deselect the additional lObit software during installation.

We are invited to visit Pulau Payar Marine Park by Langkawi Saga Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd

We reach Swettenham Pier before 7.30am, gather all our member (6 blogger, Ray, Kean Hooi, Kelvin Tan, Wai Hoe, Sherming and me) and on board at nearly 8am.

The ferry depart at 8.30am, so far that morning is not so windy, wave is not so huge, and every one still look healthy when we reach the Pulau payar floting platform.

We have Pulau Payar Marine Park Exploration at Malaysia’s 1st & Only Reef Platform & beach. The activity include Snorkeling.(mask & snorkeling vest are provided), Coral Viewing, Fish Watching, Sun Bathing, and Beach Walk. (more…)

I have visit Pulau Jerejak few years back for a day trip, that time I saw the resort very nice, plan to stay at Jerejak resort 1 days in the future.

Month ago, I visit Matta fair, Pulau Jerejak resort do have some nice offer, I have purchase 2 rooms and went with my friend few week ago. This is the worst resort I ever meet. The reception give me late check in for 2 hours… 5PM only I get my room.

We have arrive Pulau Jerejak at morning 9am, reception told us that day have more people, so we unable to early check in. As usual, we keep out thing at reception, and went for some activity. No doubt, some of the activity are awesome, the person incharges are very friendly and helpful.

1pm we came back to the reception, and the reception told me only 1 room room available at the moment, another room still not finish cleaning, ask me to come back again at 3pm. We check in 1 room and bring all our stuff to the room 1st and continue our activities.

After having a tired jungle tracking, I reach the reception at 3.30pm to check in my room. The worst thing is the reception still told me the same thing, the room not yet clean, ask me to wait. (more…)

Hooray! The FIFA World Cup year 2010 is coming soon, a happening biennial event that everyone is longing for. This time it will be held by the African nations. South African beat down four other African countries and get the honour to host the 19th FIFA World Cup. Since rumors regarding the ability of South African to run a big event like World Cup have circulated after they are being selected, it is time for them to prove to the world their capability.

Out of the 208 FIFA national teams, 204 teams have gone through the qualification process and 32 teams have stood out. Needless to mention, among these 32 teams, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Netherlands, Mexico, Portugal, England, Italy and Spain who are recognized as strong and common participants certainly entitled for the first round tournament. All of them were assigned to eight different groups to compete with the other three countries in the same group. (more…)
