Yesterday morning I receive a call from my trusted mobile phone shop, inform me a new mobile phone name DS300 from CSL, which is dual sim card mobile handset have arrive their shop, this mobile phone totally similar with my Nokia 6300. I have went to the shop and have a look on this new hand phone.

I bough my candy bar (Nokia 6300 Mobile Phone) almost a year plus, and most of the time, I am using only default theme. Recently I found a special Nokia 6300 theme which related to my IT Engineer’s Life.

Do you encounter bad customer service at your service provider? such as bank, restaurant, telco, hotel, bla bla bla…

Again and again, this Maxis again make me hot temper to them~ *~Ahrrrr~*

2 month ago when i receive my Maxis Boardband bill, usually is RM68.00 without other charges, but that particular month, it charges me RM69.52, and I have call their service center 1800 82 2000 for complaint.

The help desk said will pass this case to their billing dept, and will call back shortly…. The so called “”"”shortly”"”" took me 2 month and no news at all~

This is the bill I receive 2 month ago, previous balance is all nice. But the monthly charges suddenly increase to RM69.52. And see the “other charges” and the “discount and rebate“. Every month also have different figure, I don’t know how their IT department work~….. TIPU MAKAN tau MAKAN ULAR (no skill or lazy)

This is the 1st time I made some review on Malaysian telco broadband service. So far there are 3 famous telco (mobile telco) which is Digi, Maxis, and Celcom…

Why I put Digi 1st? because I am Digi Supporter , and this post I going to show my experience on their Broadband.

Few day back, my boss has subscribe Digi Broadband service and the package are quite interesting, Only RM139/month, you will get a free Compaq Laptop, a PDA, and Digi Broadband service. This package last for 2 contract if not mistaken.

his package include a data module, so-called modem, sim card are insert in this device.

So for the speed not so good, I tested with few server in several location, mostly 90 to 110 kb/s only (more…)
