A lot people no idea how powerful of search engine which bring organic traffic to their website. They spend money to advertise, but never spend a single cent for “search engine optimization”. If you selling a product or a services, try to search it at Search Engine and see whether your website appear or not. Imagine your potential customer who search your service or product at Google, and your competitor appear in top 10, how worst it will be to lost a lot of potential customer.

Did you know the basic fuel system for your vehicle? I come across this car basic fuel system from Honda newsletter and gain some knowledge and understanding on my own car fuel system.
One of the major components that power your car is the fuel system. The moment the engine starts, the fuel flows through a fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump. The fuel injection system supplies a clean air and fuel mixture that triggers the engine to run. Poor maintenance of the fuel system will result in weaker engine performance and if any of these parts break down, the engine could stop running.
While there are a number of things that can cause your fuel system to fail, the most prevalent one is dirt. This is why the fuel and air filter components are often said to be the vehicle’s front line defense because it prevents dirt from entering the fuel system. The fuel injection system is very susceptible to damage from dirt. When tiny foreign particles and deposits are allowed to build up inside, it prevents fuel from delivering to the engine. As an IT Engineer, I need to provide 1st level technical support to my end user. Some how, the user are not next to me, which located in different location or different stage or even different country.
Guiding him/her through the phone are easy, if the person have some technical knowledge, but what if the person is IT dummy? Just like a chicken communicate with duck. For this case, I require to use remote access software, log in to their computer and help them troubleshoot their problem.
Remote access software is one of the good tools for technical support to solve the end user problem easily. Normally I will use RealVNC at my office, but problem is this software require port redirect/ port forwarding setting at the destination router, different router different setting, and also hard to guide the user do the setting at their router via phone call, this is not a easy use remote access software.

How to use LogMeIn remote access software? some people said is very troublesome, and it take many step to start using this LogMeIn remote access software. In my opinion, it is very easy to use this remote access software, with few correct step. This is why I try to compile the step by step using logMeIn.com for any one who need to use this service.

Let start at Target workstation first, or we call it as destination workstation, the computer which I need to login in (My Client Computer)
1) My client (Target) need to access http://www.logmein.com
2) Click on “Download LogMeIn for free” (For 1st time user only)
3) My client require to register for LogMeIn website, the email & password must be know by me later, so that my side able to log in the destination computer with this email as login ID. (more…)

Facebook are more and more famous recently, event my auntie and uncle also have facebook account, I just wonder does my grandma have facebook account or not 
Facebook, consider a social networking website like friendster, which able to connect a lot people at cyberspace. I always heard people said facebook is a good tools for business marketing and advertising too, and I have no idea how it works.
MIRC’s Tech Nite, Facebook talk are crap
I do attend few talk about Facebook at MCA ICT Resource Center (MIRC)’s Tech Nite, which organize once a month, but seriously I did not learn any thing from there, they are talking crap there, just talk about how to use facebook, like I learn how to use friendster during my secondary school.
