I suppose not to promote MIRC here, due to I have a bit un satisfy with them.

Always heard this word from them, when they want more people to attend their TECH NITE that organize on every 3rd Week, friday night of the month. But now, a lot of people get know MIRC and they are collect member fees of RM100 from us start from next year!

Does old member deserve to have better price?

Okie, start my topic here, yesterday I was attend once of their ICT week event, MIRC e-Marketing Conference 2007

The seminar does not bring much infor for me, since I already have basic knowledge on those topic already, there are only few interesting thing I get from there…

• Google Adword are giving free 30days trail
• Ebay give out on phone support on how to startup EBAY account (Ebay support will called you)

Let me study on the infor 1st and will post it out soon on this 2 valuable infor.

Oh ya~ Exabytes are also there for promotion, I just fill in a survey form and they provide a button badge. They said they will spot 3 winner a day… and Guess what?

Back to “I get an Invitation from WMM” to attend Exabytes private movie screening. Today was the day, I arrive around 2pm and exchange for ticket. There are a lot of people. While I get in to the cinema, it is cinema number 1, a large cinema.

I did not take photo there, since so much people already and I am shy to take out my candy bar for a shoot. Hope exabytes will post up some picture in their website.

For this event, other then enjoy the movie, we not much socialize there, every one enjoy movie without talk much to each other and after movie finish, every one dismiss. No time to get know each other.

During the commercial section before the movie start, I realize Exabytes are giving free windows hosting, I am trying to sign up 1 for my self too.

Few days back when I login to WebmasterMalaysia.com forum, I saw a topic which Exabytes give 10 movie pack, I tough they going to have some contest again~ but guess what…

I have a surprise when I read the following content, LimCS, the Administrator of WMM has choose 10 active member from Penang to participate this event and my name was there.

After read this, I Just wonder only 20 ticket are here, and Exabytes are private the whole cinema, and who are the rest will attend? will be the staff? will be their family or… I have no idea, but yesterday I saw my new friend, KahPeng’s blog… Here goes the ticket.

Back to my previous post at Penang WebMaster Gathering, at last the gathering finish. Quite a lot of people, but what i can see the forum member are quite less, most of the other participant are not the forum members.

At this gathering, I get know some new friend, and also glad to meet them. Once of my friend louiss came down from KL with his friend Aaron on this meeting, and I have bring them both go “jalan jalan” on the next day, that why late for this post.

1 thing the WMM boss, Limcs miss out at this event is the group photo for all the participant, but at least we manage to get our self a memorial picture~ Guess which one is me? (more…)
