It doesn’t make sense for you to send an email to Cathay HQ in S’pore, what can they do?

This goes to show that Cathays in Malaysia doesn’t even bother to have a HQ which you can send emails..

And this would also maybe explain why, like you said, the staff and the supervisor have even no knowledge themselves.. There is no Cathay HQ Malaysia to even brief them ..

Just my two cents worth.

There are always no crowd when new movie is on show. You might get to there if there are no seats at queensbay/gurney in penang.
