MBA works well on MNC. but not for small company. So I don’t plan to get it.

thank for the correction… I agree with you also, i believe your boss or my boss is agree with you as well, but the company is not agree with you…. There are serious different in salary range if you have a “MASTER” with no skill compare with some one have “Degree” with skills, probably this rules is not apply on SME, only on MNC company.

In the other hand, other then get a “MBA” so call “paper” on hand, my another intention is not really to “study” is to get know more friend and expand my network

It is ‘achieve’ instead of ‘archive’.

I do not agree that higher qualification like MBA degree is required for a better job, what you need is track record, positive attitude, right timing, and some luck.
