hey damn maxis,please stop diverting my browser to your dumb launchpad,wasting my time and money,i pay for it monthly,without any reason you keep diverting to your no quality page..issit the dirty way to promote your pity page..your service is suck then you make worst with the diverting thing..better you doing something better to improve your coverage than annoying your own customer with your heavy loaded mylaunchpad page..

I agree with all of u guys.Maxis Sucks.I have been waiting for my refund of my deposit since 3 months.They want to use public money to roll and become rich.Need to teach them a lesson.

Maxis is a big bully, and are conning us. I have received over RM300 for data charges, when I donot use it. I called them but they insisted I have used it . I said ok , there is nothing I can do, so I said deactivate all my 3G on my phone. Guess what my next bill comes and there is RM400 on data charges. Called again, and guess what is their reply…have not been deactivated as it will take over a month to deactivate….I am lost what to do

Maxis customer service are lousy, they gave me
the wrong info. I called them up but they ask to call back, reason busy!!!! worse, is that they give me the wrong contract ending date of the h/phone service and wrong amount of panelty charges. Hope that they can retrain their customer service department. Do not ask your customer to call back. Must give the correct info don’t just simply bla bla bla and we get all the wrong info!!!!
