just to answer a few questions :
TERA can support (in theory 40Gbe)

TERA has been around since 1999, way before the ISO standards finalized the Class F specifications. Class F supports up to 600mhz whilst Class Fa supports up to 1000mhz (1 Ghz).

Fluke’s DTX1800 can test the TERA modules but it’s not cheap.

Mitz > The speed can up to 10Gbps, but also have to depend on the software it self. TZ > if not mistaken, they calculate per project, per network point... I not sure how they charges, normally we Engineer did not tough on pricing.
