TERA can support (in theory 40Gbe)

TERA has been around since 1999, way before the ISO standards finalized the Class F specifications. Class F supports up to 600mhz whilst Class Fa supports up to 1000mhz (1 Ghz).  

Fluke&#039;s DTX1800 can test the TERA modules but it&#039;s not cheap.
